Crazy Ass Dump Truck Driver

Unfortunately, one of my uncles died and so my family and I were on our way to my aunts house to see how she was doing when... my dad saw this guy coming extremely close to us so he decided to start to move over more and suddenly the guy slammed into the side of our car at the back. Right after he did that he sped off on us and we didn't end up getting his plate number. He did quite a lot of damage to our car too and we can't do anything because of the fact that we didnt get his plate number.
